Proposal After the introduction, we draw up a project proposal. This project proposal contains the plan of approach, methods, project personnel, schedule, and estimation of costs. Execution After the agreement has been signed, the project starts. Typical projects last 15 weeks with a project team of 3-5 persons. We keep you informed of developments during the different project phases. Intermediate milestones can be included if desired. Valuable final product During the final delivery, the project team presents its findings and recommendations. The project is delivered in a clear final report and evaluated afterwards.
